Young and the Restless Comings & Goings: Embezzler Tara Locke Gets a Prison Jumpsuit

Y&R viewers saw Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) dance with glee as the GCPD slapped handcuffs on Tara Locke last week. They carted Tara off and that seems to be the last we’ll see of her thanks to fraud charges. But, Tara will no doubt be talked about for weeks to come. You may recall, Tara’s ex-husband warned the Abbotts.

When Tara Locke and Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) debuted on Young and the Restless, Ash told the Abbotts they didn’t know what they were getting into with her. So, it’s unclear if Ashland knew Tara was embezzling. But, he certainly knew that Tara Locke was trouble. And that was evident from her first mention. Remember that?

It was Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson), who spilled Tara’s name, recall Young and the Restless recaps. He told Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) about Tara many months ago. He wanted to make trouble for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Right about now, Sally probably wishes she never heard of Tara Locke. Maybe she’ll be back one day. But for now, Tara’s going, going, gone.

Y&R Final Scenes: Kyle Abbott & Summer Newman in Italy – Wedding as Goodbye?

Young and the Restless comings and goings reveal it’s time for final scenes for Kyle Abbott and his sweetheart Summer Newman too. Last week, Kyle didn’t waste a minute. As soon as Tara was in custody of the cops, Kyle was on a private jet to Italy to see Summer. When Kyle rang her door, Summer had no idea it was Kyle Abbott.

Of course, Kyle swept Summer into his arms for a swoon-worthy kiss. And Kyle wants to bring Summer back to Genoa City. But Young and the Restless comings and goings confirm Kyle Abbott stays in Italy – as does Summer Newman. Watch on Monday’s episode as Kyle tells his dad, and Summer tells her mom that they’re staying in Milan together.

It sure would be nice if Young and the Restless let fans see Kyle marry Summer, but so far, that doesn’t seem to be the case. But maybe Y&R will surprise everyone and pull it off. If not, these video chats coming soon could be final scenes for Summer Newman alongside Kyle Abbott as these talented actors leave Y&R.They’ll be missed, certainly.

Is Harrison Locke Leaving Young and the Restless – Who Gets the Kid?

The other big question debated among fans is what’s going to happen to Kyle Abbott’s biological son? While Summer Newman said she wasn’t ready to be a stepmom, that was a lie. Summer said that to explain her leaving town – and Kyle. Next week, Kyle tells his dad he hopes Ashland lets Harrison come live with them in Italy.

But, Young and the Restless spoilers chatter says Tara will make bail in New York and still has custody. So, she might get to keep Harrison. Although, Ash tells Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) he plans to fight her in court. And Kyle still hasn’t gotten legal documents inked to prove his standing as the bio-dad. No doubt, it’s a mess right now.

So, is Harrison leaving Young and the Restless?Maybe. If the CBS soap opera sticks with Kyle Abbott as the biological father, they could simply say he’s gone to live with him and Summer Newman and write the kid off the show. They could swap paternity back to Ash and leave the adorable tot with him and Vikki to raise. Or they could say his mom gets him and got sentenced to house arrest…

The three exits known for sure in Y&R casting updates are Kyle Abbott, Summer Newman, and scheming Tara Locke.
